I think you both missed a few very important facts. The first being he stated his editor missed the mistake in the video, it is his editors job so this is a true fact. He also said, "I'll have it fixed soon." Which does not imply one way or the other who will be fixing it, though that is largely based on skill set anyway. Furthermore it is a statement of taking responsibility. "I will..."
